Diaphragm Seal Separators with Tri-Clamp Connection

Diaphragm seals are designed to protect the internal cavity of the measuring instrument’s sensing element from contact with aggressive, high-temperature media, as well as media containing solid suspended particles.

Diaphragm seals are used together with pressure gauges and pressure transmitters in automatic monitoring and control systems for technological processes in the metallurgical, chemical, construction, and other industrial sectors.

Operating principle of a diaphragm seal: the pressure of the measured medium is transmitted through the diaphragm and the fill fluid to the sensing element of the measuring instrument connected to the seal.

Description

UAM clamp-type diaphragm separators with Tri-Clamp mounting are ideal for use in the food and beverage industry, dairy production, pharmaceutical applications, and any systems where Tri-Clamp connections are utilized.
These diaphragm seals are used with pressure gauges, digital pressure gauges, and pressure transmitters.

The low fill-fluid volume helps prevent measurement errors caused by significant temperature fluctuations.

Material: stainless steel
Pressure measurement range of the instrument equipped with the separator: 0.25–4 MPa
Pressure gauge connection thread: G1/2
